How can I completely remove Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge from my PC. I tried but I need to get into my Microsoft account so will have to change my password since I can’t remember it. If I do will it then let me remove both those browsers since I only rarely use them and don’t really like them. I do have a method to disable Edge from someone at Toms a long time ago and it does work but IE no luck?

Solution
You can't fully remove them, look below at some options. You can disable IE.

I can see that you don't like Edge and IE therefore wish to remove it from your computer.

Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer are both core features of Windows 10 and there's no native option to uninstall it.

Also, certain components of the operating system will require Edge to work. Thus uninstall or disabling the browser is not a very good idea. I could only recommend is that you delete its shortcut and forget it.

Should you insist on uninstall it, you can try to follow the steps provided on this link:

This is a non-Microsoft website which would provide accurate and safe information. Watch out for ads on the site which are frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). There is no need to buy paid products to fix your computers as they do more harm than good sometimes.

As for IE, you can only have it disabled. You can refer to the link below on how to disable IE from Windows 10: https://support.microsoft.com/help/4013567
