When logging on the to windows, a error message pops up stating I am missing
the browseui.dll and if I install this may help my problem. After I click
the OK my desktop will download and I only see the background picture no
icons or start menu, in order for me to get around in the computer is if I do
control alt delete and the task manager with pop up and I can create a new
task and browse. I don't know how to install this browseui.dll and if any
one has the solution I would appreciate a response. Thanks

I would guess that this started happening after running Anti-Spyware
tools or after some other accident?

The file specifics can be found here:

You can try this "sfc /scannow" and see if that repairs the file.
