Problem is with hardware complaints is that it is very vague on what went down. a new mobo/proc might fix the problem but thats just a roll of the dice.
wouldn't hurt to perform a memory test http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm also hit windowskey+R type in "cmd" and then type in "chkdsk /r c: then when it ask's you to schedule it type "Y" reboot and leave it for a coupe of hours to do a check disk.

Would the dmp file i sent you help figure out what it is at all?
Sorry mate, at work. I do information security and it would look bad for me to be downloading files from people i'll check it out on my VM at home when i get a chance.
Since last month I have been getting this when playing games. My pc is not overheating and I can't figure out what it is please help.
I'm having the same issue... I've tested every piece of hardware on my PC, and its still doing it... Very frustrating. I'll be good for 4 or 5 days, and then one day it'll do this once, or up to 4 times, then be fine again.
