Hello, I get a blue screen error 0x116 when I play only cs:go and sometimes when I try to open skype. It usually happens in csgo when I am playing the game and it stops responding and when I reopen it then it will blue screen.

Hopefully someone can explain what is happening I have made a thread before but I didn't get an answer that fixed it.

Specs
CPU: i5 760 (4 cores 2.8Ghz)
GPU: Gigabyte R9 270x 2gb windforce @1100Mhz
Motherboard: MSI h55m e21
RAM: HyperX 2x4GB 1600Mhz DDR3
PSU: Corsair cs650m semi modular

Solution
Have you tried memory test? could be one of the stick is failing...

sfc /scannow: this is check for error and fix if possible:

I cannot suspect your cooling system or thermal paste replacement if you are not getting over 60C but you get BSOD yet... unless its 60C even idle.

It's not bottleneck as well, cpu still fine with R9-270x.. But the psu is not one of the good quality psu particularly if you are into cpu overclocking.. but it should be fine with that setup at stock.. Anyway, I would suggest reset your bios in default and run the system with your gpu...

1. Install driver fusion or CCleaner and latest Catalyst/ AMD graphics driver
2. Uninstall Intel graphic driver.
3. Reboot in safe mode
4. Clean AMD drivers with driver fusion.
5. Shut down.
6. Unplug your computer.
7. Boot into windows and install new driver..

You may need to monitor your CPU & GPU temperature, CoreTemp (CPU) & GPU-z sensor (GPU).. make it is not overheating..

How is the CPU & GPU temperature?

How about memory test, you may have to do it one stick at a time:
