Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/X6ZQ.html

File: 013019-6312-01.dmp (Jan 30 2019 - 00:55:26)
BugCheck: [WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)]
Probably caused by: GenuineIntel (Process: System)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 00 Min(s), and 38 Sec(s)

WHEA errors are generally an error that happens with the CPU but can be caused by other hardware.

I can't help you with this. Someone else will post with more information soon. Please wait for more answers. Good luck.

Is this a laptop? we don't get HUAWEI devices very often and Gardenman is off trying to figure out what some of your drivers are as his program doesn't have them. What model is it? VLR-WX9 is what BIOS shows but I can't find a great deal on it.

WHEA errors called by CPU but not necessarily caused by it. As he said, they can be any device
I assume its not overclocked, WHEA errors can be caused by overheating and any overclocking software that changes values on CPU - this is most common cause.

Drivers running at time -
QRDCIO.sys is an Input/output driver made by Quanta
SVNDISUIO.sys appears to be a network driver similar to Intels NDIS driver
ax88772.sys = ASIX AX88772/AX88772A Network Driver for AX88772 -- USB2.0 to 10/100M Fast Ethernet Controller with Embedded PHY - https://carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ax88772.sys

all 3 above drivers released before win 10 was so perhaps see if you can update them

Thanks Gardenman and Colif, actually this is a Notebook and doesn't do overclock test.
I got a new Intel wifi driver and will try to validate it, very thanks for your support.
