BSOD 0x50 ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0 HELP!!!!

Hello everyone (again)!

I got randomly BSOD and I dont understand why. Recently I change the CPU from Celeron D 335 to Pentium D 840 which it is supported by the mainboard. I have 2GB DDR2 RAM.

Probably this was from faulty driver in the pc. After I fixed this I got this BSOD....
