looks like you also have a driver using too much non paged pool (memory reserved for device drivers only)
the pool tag was KETR
you will have to search your machine using this method to figure out who owns the driver

I searched my machine and it looks like the motherboard network card is just being used by the nvidia streaming service and together they are using a lot of nonpaged pool. if you are not using the nvidia shadow streaming service you might want to turn it off. it could be causing drivers to get a out of memory type error that they don't handle well.
I did not see a game running so I am not sure why it would be using so much memory.
--------
there are some errors being reported by the USB subsystem.
"CC_USB_TRANSACTION_ERROR" I don't know much about the internal errors but your motherboard does show a BIOS update to fix some USB problems. bios update dated 2014/05/14 i would pick it up.
--------------
looks like CorsairHID.exe was talking to one of its services and it caused the service to pass a bad memory address to a driver and the system bugchecked.
with this error code 0xc0000005 you never know if it is a bug in the driver or caused by a memory timing problem due to overclocking.
so you would update the drivers involved, and remove the overclocking software,
overclocking software: (remove)
C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\OverDrive\amd64\AODDriver2.sys Tue Oct 29 17:58:36 2013
update corsair software: yours is dated Wed May 06 06:10:40 2015
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/support/downloads
i would also update your motherboard sound driver:
\SystemRoot\system32\drivers\RTKVHD64.sys Tue Aug 07 03:49:39 2012
https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M5A99FX_PRO_R20/HelpDesk_Download/
(you might take the time to update the BIOS and other drivers as well)
(the sound driver conflicts just cause screwy hard to isolate problems, with USB and GPU audio )
the BIOS updates tend to fix a lot of memory timing issues and I would update before testing memory with memtest86
just because if the memory tests fail, you have to update the BIOS anyway as the next testing step.
