Hello everyone, for a start, I'm just trying to help a friend here. I am very noob at this things, but the one thing I know is that I must provide the minidumps file.

If it's not enough, You can help me find more things to give or just forgive me for the post at all.
The one that's getting my head exploding is the doesn't have the easy anticheat thing on it

Comment: 2 or more types of RAM are installed. Common on laptops.

There is a BIOS update available for your system. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. well, EasyAntiCheat caused one of the BSOD, which is different. Wonder what game you need to update

I am not so sure about 2nd BSOD, could be same driver.
Does he use WIFI or Ethernet?
his Ethernet drivers are 6 years old so this might help

I'll ask her to update her Ethernet drivers, almost sure she uses Ethernet and not WIFI.
