[SOLVED] BSOD ACPI.SYS Reinstalled windows many time still not solve.

Dear Eveyone,

I do need help as I am so hopeless else where.
My PC always stuck in BSOD randomly during the day.

most of the time , it show error as ACPI.SYS , Service_exception_error.

My Spec - all news ( built on 19 JAN 2020 )

CPU i5 9600KF
BIOS Version 1401
Main board Asus ROG Strix Z390-e

Sorry I mean 2RAM at 8x8 GB each slot.

BIOS updated at 1401 version according to what available in their site.

Yes , turned on XMP and set at bus 3200 in bios.
Could the RAM RGB program cause issue ?

the issue occurred before I installed ashampoo , but let me uninstall it to see if the issue still occur.

well, that dump you gave was showing that as likely cause so if you get more BSOD, supply the dumps and it might show those file names you mentioned

Yesterday I had acpi.sys BSOD again after I plug-in USB 3.0 on my PC case.

Do you know how can I fix this ?
Also, I am thinking to do clean install my window again, do you recommend to do this for now or we should wait for you guy checking dumps first.

Try updating both the chipset driver and INtel Management Engine Inteface, it could help - https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/ROG-STRIX-Z390-E-GAMING/HelpDesk_Download/

Its up to you, its only a new PC so if you don't mind restarting, you can try.

Not knowing what BSOD code is makes it hard for me to guess if a clean install is a waste of your time or not.
