BSOD after a fresh instal

I did a fresh install of Windows 10 a couple of days and it seems that my computer crashes twice a day now. I am aware that over clocking can cause blue screening, but before I reinstalled windows I wasn't crashing. I was going to post a dump file, but cant seem to find out how to do it if there is a way.

Computer specs are:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
16 GB DDR3 1866 HyperX FURY
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 rev. 1.1
AMD FX-8150 (OC 4.2)
MSI GTX 970
RAIDMAX Thunder V2 735w PSU
x2 Kingston V300 SSD

with this error you generally want to update the BIOS and update the motherboard drivers from the motherboard vendors website.

the bios is the most updated version of it, as for the motherboard drivers, I believe I have the most updated versions
