[SOLVED] BSOD after a new CPU and BIOS update

Hello!
I am in need of some help.
I just upgraded my PC with a i7-9700K, once I tried to boot it for the first time there was no display output. Because of that I reseted my CMOS, that solved it and I got into BIOS and switched on optimised settings. Got into Windows 10 and decided to update my BIOS to have full support on 9th generation CPUs. After I updated, I got BSOD with a code 0xc0000021a, after a restart it showed "ACPI BIOS ERROR".
Specs:
i7-9700K (i3-8100 before)
Gigabyte B365M DS3H
Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz 2x8GB
500W CoolerMaster B500 rev2
Palit GTX980 JetStream

I would appreciate any type of help!

You suppose to update the bios with the i3-8100. then put in the 9700k

In the end, I fixed this issue by reseting windows and keeping my files.
