Question BSOD after booting to desktop

Hello, so basically i unscrewed my pc to check if a new gpu would fit, i had to remove the HDD and GPU, I checked and it will fit, so i screwed and plugged everything back, and after booting to Windows, after 30 seconds to the desktop, it BSODed, what could have I done wrong? Thanks

No, it's the same GPU, I don't think you need to do that, what I meant was I was checking if a new GPU would fit in the future
