[SOLVED] BSOD after enabling XMP

About 2 years ago I built my PC. I must have overclocked it because CPU base clock is 3700MHz and up until today it has been running perfectly well at 4122MHz.

Anyway, today I ran a bench to see how it's performing (because I'm thinking of upgrading GPU and maybe RAM) and I noticed that RAM was running at base 2133MHz. I went into the BIOS and enabled XMP (DOCP in this case). This action increased RAM to 3200MHz as expected but dropped CPU back to base 3700MHz. I manually increased CPU clock to 4100MHz and it blue-screened. I dropped it down to 4000MHz BSOD again. Dropped it to base 3700MHz... BSOD. Turned XMP off (RAM back at base 2133MHz) and manually increased CPU clock to 4100MHz... BSOD. 4000MHz... BSOD etc. etc. Now, it turns out I can't run the thing any higher than base clocks for CPU and RAM without it blue-screening.

Any ideas? Any helpful info or suggestions would be gratefully received.

SPECS:
ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING (BIOS V: 1201)
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 3200MHz x2
Powercolor Radeon RX 480

DOCP shouldn't do anything to CPU clocks, default or autoboost. Did you enable PBO ? That should take care of CPU boost hen needed ?
