Earlier, I was having some issues with my computer, and as it is relatively new and had no important files on it, I decided I would rather just reset it than search endlessly for a solution. After the reset, it said something along the lines of "could not remove all files". I thought nothing of it and tried to start my computer. First it ran me through the entire user setup, where I agreed to send data to improve my experience etc., but at the end of this, before I could log in, I received the "system thread exception not handled" bsod. At this time I could still access the advanced startup menu, and tried troubleshooting from there, but after an hour of messing around here, my pc began to BSOD more and more quickly, until now, where even after multiple failed boots it does not show this menu, and BSODs either on the windows loading screen or ASUS boot screen. I can still access bios, and have no issues navigating it, though the second I leave it to boot I bsod again. One of my BSODs said something like inaccessible boot device, though of all my maybe 100 BSODs, I only had that one once. Basically, the only thing I can do is "press Del or f2 to enter UEFI BIOS setting". I do not have access to another Windows device, and therefore cannot create any recovery drive either. What should I do?

Well, I would say that your windows files got corrupted beyond repair, the only solution i see is formating the drive and installing windows from the ground again. I suspect that the files were corrupted during the reset process, so there shouldn't be any problems with your hard drive. Maybe you can ask some friend to make a windows bootable pen with the media creation tool from microsoft?

go into your UEFI bios and see if you can boot into legacy mode

basically, the UEFI bios might be looking for certain file signatures before it will allow the system to boot. When you reset it the old file signatures were reverted and the bios will block the boot process.
