BSOD after failed OC - defaults not working

Windows 7: Ultimate x64
MB: M5A97 R2.0 bios2201
CPU: FX-6300

I get a BSOD trying to boot into windows. I had to take a video and pause it at the right time just to read the message but it wasnt very helpful :

I tried bumping my cpu ratio from 17.5 to 19.5 and I BSOD, and now it wont work even at defaults.

MEM OK! says my Memory is working fine, All my harddrives are detected fine, CPU is detected, I tried increasing the voltage at 17.5x multiple to 1.4V, but still wont boot. Should I flash a new bios (version 2501) ? reinstall windows? No other threads have been helpful so far.

Disconnect the power plug and pull out the motherboard battery. Leave for 20 min and put it back in and turn on. Try safe mode if this doesn't work.

I managed to get it to work for some reason my boot drive was reset, and i had to set to to correct boot.

Which is weird as the motherboard should auto-select the boot drive. It's not an issue on modern computers.
