[SOLVED] BSOD After installing new CPU and Motherboard

Recently switched back from team red to team blue after I bought an i5-9600k. My motherboard is an MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon. My old processor was a Ryzen 7 1700X. My current idle temperatures are around 31C. CPU and RAM are running at stock speeds. I can't get past the MSI boot screen without my computer blue screening with the error code SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED. I have a feeling that it is some sort of issue having to do with the fact that I switched from AMD to Intel? Some minor research shows that the error code usually has to do with some sort of driver issue, but I'm not sure what drivers could be causing the issue. Any help is appreciated.

Solution
I take it you did NOT do a clean install of Windows ?
I would back up any important files (pictures, documents, Favorites, etc.) then do a clean install of your OS.
