i have recently installed a third monitor (vga) to my system and it has begun to blue screen. it has happened 3 times in the last 36 hours the bsod doesn't say any specific error.
i watch my temps so i'm 99% sure its not overheating

the monitor below is connected using dvi
i have one more dvi monitor hooked up using an xfx active mini-DP to dvi adapter (this adapter is new)
the third and newest addition (oldest monitor) is connected using a dvi to vga adapter.

just earlier today i went and updated my display drivers.

Resolution (from Microsoft) for the last two dumps:
"Resolution:
If you are not equipped to debug this problem, you should use some basic troubleshooting techniques.
1) Make sure you have enough disk space.
2) If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
3) Try changing video adapters.
4) Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
5) Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing."
