BSOD after installing third monitor

i have recently installed a third monitor (vga) to my system and it has begun to blue screen. it has happened 3 times in the last 36 hours the bsod doesn't say any specific error.
i watch my temps so i'm 99% sure its not overheating

the monitor below is connected using dvi
i have one more dvi monitor hooked up using an xfx active mini-DP to dvi adapter (this adapter is new)
the third and newest addition (oldest monitor) is connected using a dvi to vga adapter.

just earlier today i went and updated my display drivers.

You should look at your crash dumps to see why you crashed.

where are said dumps located?

They are usually located here (Windows 7): %systemroot%\Minidump which is normally C:\windows\Minidump

thanks. do you know how to interpret these? all i get is something driver related has hit a "failsafe" out of reading these.

If you are not equipped to debug this problem, you should use some basic troubleshooting techniques.

there were a whole bunch more bsods this morning.... im going to go to bed and ill check the logs to see what it does while i sleep.

while idling it had no issues but after i started interacting with it i got a few more bsods and these all have been different errors

my RAM timings had defaulted back to being wrong. i haven't had any issue since changing them back. i request this thread to be closed. thanks for the support.
