bsod after new hardware

Hi, I hope someone can give me some insight. I recently installed some new rams and processor and playing gta v game now crashes.
The first time it gave me a blue screen, after that it just freezes indefinitelly until i tab out or finalize it. Game worked great before upgrades.

on the mb did you update the bios when you changed the ram and cpu??

Hi smorizio, yes i did. Last night before going to bed i downloaded memtest64 and left my computer using that. I figured it would take some hours, so this morning I woke up I turn the monitor on and I see a blue screen.
I restarted my pc and windows gave me this "windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown" sign with the description below:

Could you post your full system specs? When you upgraded the ram did you just replace the old modules with the new ones or did you leave everything in?

I used to have just one 4gb stick, then I bought the new 2x4gb and took out the old one. running dual chhanel now

It would be interesting to see the memtest results-any chance you're willing to run memtest 86 instead? That version needs to be booted from a usb drive/cd.

Okey I solved this problem thanks to aida64 extreme software, a very detailed hardware info tool.
This tool tells me that my ddr3 1333 rams have 4 different times:

@ 609 MHz 8-8-8-22 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 30-98-4-10-5-5 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 533 MHz 7-7-7-20 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 27-86-4-8-4-4 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 457 MHz 6-6-6-17 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 23-74-3-7-4-4 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)
@ 380 MHz 5-5-5-14 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS) / 19-61-3-6-3-3 (RC-RFC-RRD-WR-WTR-RTP)

I was using 667mhz for 1333 and 9-9-9-24 times. I changed the frequency to "automatic" and put the timings on 8-8-8-22.
Games dont crash anymore and i've been playing for like an hour, errors ocurred pretty much the first 5 minutes of gaming.
The weird thing is that my rams do support 667 mhz since they are 1333 sticks but aida shows me otherwise.

I wonder if I can use 667 mhz for 1333 but on 8-8-8-22, so i can atleast make better use of my rams.

It shows 667 because thats the single ram module speed- you are running your ram in dual channel which means 667x2=1333mhz

1000mhz in my case actually, because my bios options are 667-500-etc... I wish I could get that 609 tho.
