Question BSOD after PC reset

Hi guys! I’ve been getting random BSOD saying memory management something. It started after I reset my PC. I have R9 270x and while installing the drivers I had many errors also I get Wattman error after BSOD restart. So is this my GPU problem? And if so is it hardware or software? Should I still back to previous driver version?
My config:
WINDOWS 10
FX-4100
Gigabyte 78LMT-S2
8GB ram
R9 270x GPU

Was it a hard reset, and if yes - why did you reset it that way?

Did you experienced any errors before you started to install new drivers ?
