Hi there

Been getting BSOD with the most common error being "Memory_Management", but also "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
I've updated my bios, ran sfc/scannow multiple times, done win memory diagnostic tool and about every other memory scan, Clean boot, and pretty much Everything I can Think of myself.
In the minidumps, it's "ntoskrnl.exe" that seems to be the issue on pretty much every crash.
This happens a lot more frequently when im using google chrome, as I know my PC will crash as soon as pages and add ons start crashing. Im not sure if chrome is the problem though.
Im also on the latest windows 10 update.

Specs:
i7 6700k
GTX 980 ti
Asus z170 pro gaming MOBO (version 3501)
16gb corsair vengence ddr4 2133mhz
850watt PSU

Thankful for any answer /Viktor

What, exactly, 850 watt PSU?

Corsair RM850 Watt PSU gold certified

You are getting a memory management error. Are you overclocking your memory(or anything at this point)? Is your memory listed in the QVL for your motherboard or does the Corsair memory selection tool on their website say that your memory is compatible with your motherboard?

It is possible that the MMU in your CPU is defective also.

Nothing is overclocked, memory is listed, corsair site says it's compatible.
People have told me it's usually driver related, could that be the issue?

I suppose its possible. Check your motherboard manufacturers website for any chipset driver updates.

Downloaded the latest chipset, didn't fix anything unfortunately

At this point, I feel that you are having either a motherboard or CPU issue. Can you RMA either? I'd start with the CPU, as replacing it is less involved than replacing the motherboard.

I don't know if RMA is the right thing, people have told me it could be my hdd as well, My CPU and other motherboard features work fine. No issues with anything, and my memory is not leaking and or not working properly.
That's kinda the issue actually, that everything works fine in stress tests, diagnostics, scans etc.

If it would be an old driver, which I remember seeing multiple drivers being outdated in a program called driverscanner I think, what would be the easiest way to identify which one it is?

If you have the latest chipset drivers, then the only other drivers you have are for your video card, and possibly your mouse & keyboard. Have you updated those drivers?

I just completely deleted my video drivers, and reinstalled new ones from NVIDIAs website and not their geforece experience program, to ensure a clean new install. I also defragged my hdd since I hadn't done that in a while, so far so good in terms of bsod.

Seems like it didn't do the trick unfortunately...
It really seems to be chrome related as the pages crash all the time, if I just have my pc running without using chrome, everything runs fine. Maybe not chrome itself, but something along those lines.
Adblock and my other extensions also crash before I get a bsod.
Discord also can't be started ones the crashing has started, whatever that is thats causing it.

I Will be running memtest86 during the night and see if any new error occurs, if it does, would this mean it's definitely my Ram being damaged?
