Question Bsod and crashes after adding m.2 ssd to my system!!

Hey guys i got ssd spg spectrix s40 512 gig and after installing it bsod and crashes began ! I thought it only happens if windows is installed on it but even using separately just for games and apps to have faster processing i faced new crashes and errors when i start a game or programs ! Should i call for support or something or it can cause by other parts like motherboard ?!
My system spec :
Pro b660 e ddr4 msi
Ocpc 16 g 3600 hz
Rx 6700xt
800 w gold superflower
2t Seagate hdd

Yeah all the temps are in normal situation and the mobo bios is the latest version
