Hello, ive been having various bsod, freezing and lagging and disk usage spiking up to 100% since may 2021 and ive tried wiping my system and doing a clean reinstall of windows 10, SFS, unistalling recent windows updates and a couple other things... its came to the point that i cant get onto my pc for 20 mins without it blue screening. Even if it doesnt blue screen, my pc wont open any applications such as BattleNet, Epic Games Launcher and Steam. When i try and open those applications i get a error that says somthing along the lines of "failed to locate file, file is corrupt" or a 404 error code. Even when i try downloading files or saving a project on photoshop for example, the next time i turn on my pc the file is either completely gone or corrupted…

My pc was working great then i shut it down before work and when i came home and turned it on it started to have all these issues. Ive never had any issue within the year ive had this pc

Error Codes:
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED
MEMORY_MANAGMENT
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM

And there were like three or four more but i cant remember the errors.

Forgot to mention that when i try hard resetting my pc it gets to about 65% then blue screens ?

Specs:

B450M DS3H-CF (AM4)
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
Team Group T253X2001T SATA SSD 953GB
16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1064MHz
SeaSonic S12III 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX
Windows 10

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

try this step by step (read until end):
  • Disconnect from internet
  • Uninstall gpu driver DDU (clean and do not restart).
  • Uninstall all the processors on device manager (should be 12 on yours, also when it asks for restart, click on no) like this:

  • Restart the pc to bios, and update to the latest bios. Then go to bios again after update and load default or optimized settings.

  • boot up to windows and install the latest AMD Chipset driver, reboot, go to power plan, choose amd ryzen balanced, and connect to internet.

  • Install the latest nvidia driver.

*do this all offline until reboot after installing chipset driver, also you may reboot to bios after all of this to set the XMP (and previous settings you did) and make sure ram is on slot 2 and 4 if you use 2 sticks. Download needed files (highlighted word) before doing step 1, do the step by orders.

  • And check windows update (and optional updates) if there is any and install them (except chipset in optional update). Also enable Hardware Accelerated Graphics Scheduling (available on the latest win 10 update) in graphics settings like this and reboot:

Make sure the psu connected to the gpu is 1 pcie cable per 1 slot (use main cable, not the branches/split) like this:
