The last week or so I've been getting BSOD and full freezes regularly regardless of what I'm doing.

Heres the latest crash dump and it's the same every time. Any help fixing it would be much appreciated. Heat is fine on everything, I've monitoring that both while idling and playing games.

crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\012418-79281-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x154EA0)
Bugcheck code: 0x133 (0x0, 0x501, 0x500, 0x0)
Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

1| Can you please state your full system's specs? List them liek so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:

2| Have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?

3| You should also make sure your drivers are all up to date.
