So I been having this issue where my computer will randomly freeze for a few seconds when I game, or even watch youtube videos.

Well today I was gaming and got a BSOD so I checked my event log and this is what I got.

the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. the bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8026121b7de, 0xffffb98fbca1e6f0, 0x0000000000000000). a dump was saved in: c:\windows\memory.dmp. report id: 851fd220-35d8-45bd-900a-425b423b8a7c.

He needs to configure minidumps before it will make any.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
