BSOD and Reboot after trying to install Drivers

I bought a webcam and a joystick, but when i try to install their drivers, after 3 second i start the installing, the pc reboots. And i got a BSOD code too.

Im using Windows 7 64bit SP1

BSOD Code:

** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000005, 0xFFFFF8800328568C, 0xFFFFF880037D1E88, 0xFFFFF880037D16E0)

** iUsb3xhc.sys - Address FFFFF8800328568c base at 0xFFFFF88003237000, DateStamp 557ed8fd

This started happening 1 or 2 months ago. I used Driver Booster 2. I thinks its because of corrupt driver installing that driver booster did. is there a free way to reinstall those drivers. Sorry if i open the topic to wrong place

I fixed this by simply Rolled Back the old driver from Device Manager for iUsb3xhc. And it seems like its fixed
