BSOD appears after Starting Windows.

Here is the video I recorded https://youtu.be/h-NOye2TM0U

This happened while I was playing CoD: AW. Everything was working normally untill my monitor said that there is no signal, it stayed like that few sec and then I restarted my PC and this started to happen.

I can only start my PC in Safe Mode.
I tried to completely uninstall Nvidia drivers and reinstall them.
When I uninstall Nivida drivers I can start my PC in normal mode, but as soon as I reinstall them BSOD appears again.
I tried this and it didn't work. http://en.kioskea.net/faq/6210-nvidia-nvlddmkm-sys-error-message

Sorry for my bad english

Any help is appreciated :)

You might be installing the wrong version of the nvidia drivers. In windows, search dxdiag, click on display tab, and make sure it matches up with the drivers you have downloaded.

Edit: If you are using a laptop, make sure it isn't overheating as well

I have Nvidia GTX 560 graphics card, and I've downloaded drivers for 500 series.
When I open dxdiag, display tab it doesn't show anything, only n/a and unknown. It might be because I'm running in safe mode since I'm not able to run my PC normally.

looks like graphics artifacts on the screen. I would check for overheating of the GPU, make sure the fans are spinning up and are not clogged with dust. your graphics driers are current Wed Apr 08 13:32:37 2015

the bugcheck 116 indicates that the graphics hardware failed to respond. This can also be a caused by overclocking software. the error code returned was 0 which means no error was returned, the hardware just failed to respond. most likely a heating/overclocking issue.

I didn't overclock my graphics card, and the fans are spinning. How can I check my GPU temperature? I tried downloading software for checking temperature but it doesn't show anything. It might be because I disabled graphic drivers since I can't run my PC with them turned on.
