[SOLVED] BSOD at every first boot ?

I have second-hand PC and it randomly BSODs but only at first boot. After that it works normally, even when high load. When the PC is off for quite long, the story repeat. I already do reinstall driver, restore the system, reinstall windows, checking disk and ram from software. You can say I've done everything from software side, but it's still there. Strangely, BSOD's description keep changing. From System_Service_Exception, Page_Fault_In_Non_Paged_Area, Unexpected_Kernel_Mode_Trap, Interrupt Exception not handled, Iorate.Sys error, Memory Management error, Kmode Exception not handled. It might be not so annoying like in every minute or hour, the BSOD occur but it should be fixed. Every opinion will be very appreciated.

My PC specs :

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
GPU: Asus Phoenix 1650 4GB
RAM: 8GB (I forgot the brand. it's an old one I guess).
PSU: Armageddon Voltron 475X 950W
Mobo: Gigabyte a320m DS2
SSD: Gigabyte 120GB
HDD: Seagate 1TB

Replacing ram solved the problem. No BSOD occur from now. Thank you, guys.
