something about the order of those steps gets me, how do you download network drivers after uninstalling them all... anyway

I suggest you download this: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed its free to home users.
run a scan, it will look at your error logs and make them easier to read. You may even identify the program that is causing the problem.

if its unclear, paste the results in here :)
Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Start by running Windows Update and install all the updates available.
- If this will not work, uninstall/reinstall the Bitdefender Software you have in your PC installed.
- Once done, do test your PC again and see if the same problem will persist.
- And about the other error, do also uninstall/reinstall the Network adapters.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Network adapters of your PC. (both LAN and wireless).
- Once both uninstalled, download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer site of the motherboard.
- Here's the link:
LAN: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/lan/Intel_LAN_Win7-8-8-1_VER20110220_Win10_VER20120190.zip?_ga=1.88614739.974252021.1451023776
Wifi Driver: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/wireless/WIFI_Win7-8-81-10_V6342235_7353171.zip?_ga=1.88614739.974252021.1451023776
- Reboot your PC once these drivers has been installed then test it again.
- If all these will not work then your last option would be to reinstall Windows 10.
