Solution
I have the same mobo and i am looking to change it.
Freezes and bsod every 1 or 2 months or 5 min after load windows or blue screen while watching youtube videos (same as you said).I can play for hours and weeks without issues and thats really strange.
No answers to my questions over a year know...
I am not going to buy anything from Asrock again.

Update any and all drivers you can find.

Stop any overclocking and revert back to stock speeds.

Keep a close eye on temperatures and such of your parts. (Install Open Hardware Monitor to help with this step)

Check the 'Event Viewer' for some more information on what might be causing this crash.
(it's very likely your hardware is failing)

That's the thing. It even happens without the overclock.

The drivers are as late as can be [excluding the BIOS one(no internet cable and can't be bothered to take out 3 hours of my day for a small text), but it only adds a warning message in the latest one].

The temperatures max out for the CPU at 63. GPU rarely goes over 50.

Event Viewer gives no useful information except the only thing that "might" be related to this:

"A fatal hardware error has occurred.

Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor ID: 0

The details view of this entry contains further information."
