Bsod boot loop

Recently I installed a icon pack for windows 10 when the installation finished I restarted my system upon restart I was met with the dreadful bsod: “your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart. You can restart
Stop code: NTFS File System” this started a vicious restart loop two restarts triggered automatic repaired which just results in a black screen my recovery disk media is still stuck on the windows logo and loading wheel, meanwhile I have three hard drives all running their own os my main Which got the bsod runs windows 10 home 64 bit the second runs Linux Ubuntu 64 bit and the third runs windows 7 professional 32 bit I can boot to Ubuntu and windows 7 in windows 7 I can access all my drives that includes my backups But my main drive which I’m pretty sure is f in windows 7 is reported as corrupted or something I also have a live lubuntu system repair usb incase please tell me if can do any repairs in windows 7 to my main os I can also access my bios setup it has xmp on fast boot off and safe boot on, my specs are as follows
Windows 10 64 bit home
MSI b150 gaming m3
I5 6600
Samsung 850 Evo 256 gb ssd
1tb Toshiba hdd
Seagate barracuda 1tb hdd
ATAPI disk drive
GeForce Gtx 1070 8gb
12 gab of crucial ballistic 2133 MHz ram
And an ultra lps 80+ bronze 650w psu

update, fixed if any of you are lucky enough to have linux or another windows on dual or triple bootyou can run a drive repair utility from linux or do what i did boot in windows 7 and run the pre boot disk check and then chksk command to be safe i wish luck to anybody else with this issue
