BSOD - can hirens boot disc get win 10 to boot into safe boot?

the only thing i can get the PC to boot from is hirens, but i cannot find anything on hirens that make the PC boot into safe mode from hirens. is there a program on hirens that can get win 10 into safe boot?

no, windows 10 does not have a safe mode desktop like pervious versions. if you are trying to get to the windows 10 troubleshooting screen you can get to it via the repair option from a bootable windows 10 install disk

you should be able to. it has many programs that will allow you to get access to your files.

Use startup repair from Win 10 installation media, if it stops Windows from booting it should fix it. Once startup repair has run if it still won't boot go into your advanced options of the repair CD and select command prompt then run " sfc /scannow " this may take more than one time to repair everything. Also Windows 10 has a safe mode like every other Windows but now you have to enter it from the repair section of the installation media or hold down shift when you press restart in Windows
