Everytime I try to boot up my pc, it runs into a bsod that says critical process died. I've tried doing a startup repair, a sfc scan, completely reinstalling windows, starting in safe mode, but everytime I try to do any of these things it just says something along the lines of windows can't complete this request or this request failed or something like that, and then just returns me to the advanced boot screen. I really need help with this, I can't access my pc at all, I recently installed a new CPU if that makes any difference?

Solution
even a fresh install? you wiped drive and it still gets same errors?

normally the two critical processes that die, and that cause you to not get into windows are csrss.exe which is user services or ntoskrnl which is everything else. strange for it to happen over installs.

try running memtest86 on your ram sticks, 1 at a time. any errors are too many and could be root cause of the errors. It creates a bootable USB so no windows required.

try making a new ISO as maybe its corrupted.
