BSOD caused by partitions?

So, every few days I'm getting the same BSOD, something to do with the code:
STOP 0xF4
Ive run memtest before and no errors have been found. Ive also tested hard drive health with CHKDSK and a few pieces of software, and my HDD and SSD have come up healthy. I think it has something to do with the HDD I have, that is a 1TB drive partitioned into 2x 500GB.

My current config:
AMD A8 7650k
8GB RAM
128GB Corsair SSD
1 TB WD Drive

Could software be a problem? All SATA power cables are connected properly.
