Keep having a BSOD crash from time to time. I downloaded and installed Blueescreen view online and got the details from my minidump folder.

Specs:

Windows 7
Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z mobo
8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz (Checked out fine with memtest)
2x 680s SLI
i7 2600k
1200W PSU
2 Samsung 840 Pro's 512GB SSD's in Raid 0

BSOD Report: (found it easier to just screenshot and paste)

After posting this, I realized the link below was reference a boot issue. Might work for you anyways, just thought I would leave it here anyways instead of deleting it.

Found this on Microsoft's website. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-system/replace-or-fix-corrupted-scsiportsys-driver-cannot/e1d3cdf0-20eb-4fa7-98c2-b18709135489

Try the following steps and check if it helps:

Step 1:
If you haven’t tried a system restore from the System Recovery options then, I would suggest you to try it by booting from the Windows 7 install disc and check if it helps:

Step 2:

Try replacing the scsiport.sys file and check if it helps:
a. Boot from the Windows 7 install disc to System Recovery Options.
b. Select Command Prompt.
c. Type in the following command and press enter:
expand D:\I386\scsiport.sy_ C:\Windows\System32\scsiport.sys
Note: D:\ is CD/DVD drive in which the Windows 7 install disc is inserted and C:\ is the drive in which Windows 7 is installed.
d. Restart the computer and check if you are able to boot.
