Question BSOD crashes after updating my bios.. help

I was having multiple bsod crashes while playing a game on my computer. I read that updating my bios May solve some issues I was having so I did that. The bios did update but now, my computer will load bios but when it tries to launch windows experiences perpetual BSOD crashes such as:

SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGE AREA

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

I have a b350m bazooka motherboard
1tb ssd Samsung EVO
32gb ram
Ryzen 5 1400 4core

anyone that could guide me would be much obliged

Ram is 4 sticks of ripjaw 8 g ddr4-2666
Video card is evga GeForce Getz 980ti
I’m not sure what the bios version is I updated to
