BSOD Critical errors

HELP! BSOD ERRORS
My pc specs Are as follows
Intel core i7 6700k
Asus strix gtx 970
16gb ddr4 2400mhz ripjaws
Evga 850 psu
Evga z170ftw motherboard
Windows 10
WD 1tb hdd
Samsung Evo ssd 250gb

After building my 1st new PC, It has been running smooth but the problem is I have been running across several BSOD errors, the first one was CRITICAL PROCESS DIED, followed by MEMORY MANAGEMENT the most frequent one and now a new one (yay!!) IRQL NOT LESS. these have been recurring and let me tell you is it stressful, I have been going on forums and they seem to be pointing to it being a memory problem, i want to note that when first installing these ram sticks I placed them the other way around instead of the correct way I clicked one of them in but I noticed that it was angled weirdly and quickly took it off and placed it correctly!! I checked to see if there was anything wrong with it and to my relief there was no marks not even scratches on the bottom gold surface. So please help me I don't want it to be nothing worse like my processor or anything like that!! 🙁(((

Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers? Do both sticks work individually OK?

I have yet To test that out, I'm not home so that's the first thing I'll do, if that doesn't work do you think it's a hardware problem more than a software problem? I have most of my drivers updated and I was thinking about installing windows all over again
