BSOD DDR3 on DDR3L slot

Hi ! I have a laptop Asus X550jx with 4 GB integrated and 4 gb on a slot, i have issues with that, when i use the slot with ram DDR3 ( PC3 ) not ( PC3L ) i getting bsod when i try to entry any game, my cpu is I5 4200h. It is the ram incompatible, my slot have 2 bent pins, but i don't think so that is the problem. Bsod reason driver power state failure

You answered your own question. You are trying to put regular DDR3 RAM in a DDR3L (Low voltage) slot. You cant do that.
The bent pins probably arent doing you any favors either.

Ok, i saw on the official site intel, only ddr3l 1333/1600, that was the problem? 4 gb PC3L pc 12800 SK hynix 1600mhz it is compatible?
