Hi, I have a problem with my PC.
Summer came over, and outside are like 30°C, everytime when my PC sounds not good, I turn on my Air Conditioner to 16°C to keep my PC cooled.
I did this procedure everytime when my games crashed but now I can't do anything, I was playing Diablo 3, game crashed and when I opened the game again, freezed for 10 seconds then Blue Screen, that happened days ago.
Yesterday and several hours today, I was playing GTA4, and everytime the game crashes and when I open the game again, BOOM! BlueScreen of death with the dxgkrnl.sys error on the log and at the end of the line it says like "Checking physical memory : *numbers*" something like this.
I checked with BlueScreen viewer and the problem are DirectX Kernel, AMD Multi-Vendor and DirectX MMS.
I have a AMD Sapphire Radeon R7 7850 DUAL-X (Dual Fans) with 1 GB GDDR5, I cleaned up my hardware, I checked my drivers, I reinstalled the Graphics Card Driver and DirectX
I attached some photos with my Video Card, my specs and the errors.
Thanks for help, if you want to :)
P.S : I recorded the video cards fans with my Phone for 30 minutes, the amount of time when I played GTA4 and they rolled up well.
The pictures with specs,PC and errors

If you've had numerous crashes due to high heat, it's possible that you did some permanent damage to the card and what you're seeing now are the effects (where the previous solution you had no longer works).

If you have a different rig that you can plug this video card into, see if it has the same problems. If it does, it's most likely the card itself that is failing

I didn't, when I clean my PC I do it manually without a vaccum cleaner, with a brush and stuff like this. I bought this PC recently
I have another Video Card, a nVIDIA GT220, but I think this video card will blow up on GTA4 :/
And if you are asking for my Video Card to plug into another rig, I have a problem with my Motherboard and BIOS won't boot so I can't to plug it on another PC
