bsod driver power state failure

Toshiba Satellite L50-A-K1S
Intel Core i5 3337
4 GB RAM
Intel 4000 + nvidia 740m
widows 10 tech preview

I get driver power state failure error
after playing game for 1 or more hours and then exiting
after I keep a game open for ~7-8hours
when I open a game and close try to open new game
when i browse for 4-5 hours

i have upgraded/ downgraded drivers for both nvidia and audio + network drivers
tried disableing wifi and bluetooth

updated then reinstalled windows

pls help i'v tried like 20 different solutions in google results nothing helps
 
What preview build are you on? Try moving to 10162 if you aren't already on it. When the bluescreen appears, does it reference a specific file causing the fault? If you didn't notice a file name specified, try grabbing a copy of Nirsoft's Bluescreenview and have it inspect the dump files. Should give you a file name there.
 
update your BIOS and motherboard specific device drivers.
or turn off the power management features for the device that is not changing power states correctly.

you might start cmd.exe as an admin and run
powercfg.exe /energy
then look at the report produced to see if it is helpful.

this is my energy report seems like have a lot of energy errors.... is there any way i can fix them?

I also checked bluescreen viewer and it gives ntoskrnl.exe in red highlight

I'm running 10147 will update now to 10162 didn't know it was out already
