BSOD, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1), nvlddmkm.sys on a fresh install

Hi all! Been using this forum a long time for getting help solving my various techniqual problems, but now I've finaly stumbled upon one I haven't been able to find the answer to.

Lately, I've been getting constant BSODs (black screen, computer unresponsive, fans often speed up) and one day, my computer (then running win7) wouldn't even boot to login screen.
Minidumps suggested nvlddmkm.sys, then of the TDR variety. Safe mode worked as it should, but downgrading/upgrading/reinstalling did not do the trick. Tried doing a fresh install of win 8 same here. Installed win 8.1, now I sometimes can get up and running for ~1-2 mins. Safe mode works without a glitch, as well as running ubuntu (makes me suspect software issues).

I have tried to remove as much dust as possible, cleaned the slots, tried reseting bios, upgrading bios, changing OC settings (have never done any OC,just switching between auto and x.m.p) and reconnected all the cables. Now I dont know how to go any further, help would be highly appreciated!

Intel ssd, 120 gb (operating system)
Corsair vengence 16 Gb 1600 mhz
asus p8z68-m pro
Gigabyte GTX 560 ti
2x 1.5 tb hardives (storage only)

You tried using bluescreenview to look at your minidumps for more info?

No I have not, only used the WinDbg tool provided with the windows sdk, will give this a look and come back later with the results, thank you!

Update: Have installed and run the software, not sure if i'm using it correctly, but I can't spot anything new compared to windbg

Hmm,

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the nvidia driver. Do you have the latest driver version?

Is any part of your computer overclocked?

Are the temps under load ok?

I might have solved this now. What I did was to remove my graphics card and enabled the internal intel graphics. I then booted up into windows, removed everything revolving nvidia and ran ccleaner to remove every last trace. I ran windows update and updated everything. Shutdown computer, plugged in the external graphics, hooked up one of my monitors to the external card, one to the internal. Installed the 314.22 driver and waited. Did not crash.

Validated using OCCT for 2 min to check for weird behaviours, played rocksmith for about half an our and shut down the computer for the night. The next day I ran OCCT for 2 hours, still no crashes. I'd assume this is solved now, but I still need to check if hooking up both monitors to the same card reproduces the issue.

Yeah although I've never heard of a BSOD being caused by having two monitors ... Well at least you're up and running again ....
