The issue stems from your Graphics cards driver. Its apparently is happening to owners of Nvidia graphics cards. There are two things you can do to go about this procedure:
1| Update your BIOS if there is an update available
2| Source the latest graphics card drivers or one which has been known to be stable and free of issues.

Also perform a clean graphics card driver installation following this tutorial:
"Clean" graphics driver install in Windows 7, 8.1 or 10.
