Hello (I'm sorry for my English, I'm translating it from google translator )

I've been facing BSoD for 14 days now and I still can't solve it. in the computer, the newly given components are the motherboard, processor, ram memory for about 7 months. then a BSoD started to appear, so I did a Windows reset, but it didn't help. I tried replacing the graphics card and hard drives but I still get the BSoD. If anyone has any advice I would be very grateful for any advice.

I get BSoD randomly. sometimes after an hour and sometimes after 5 hours.

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450 GAMING X - AMD B450
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: PALiT GeForce RTX 3060 Dual OC, LHR, 12GB GDDR6
RAM: Patriot Signature Line Premium 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 CL22
SSD: Kingston Now A400, 2,5" - 240GB
HDD: WD Blue (EZRZ), 3,5" - 1TB
PSU: Corsair Gaming Series GS700 700W
WIN: 10

The computer has been restarted from the error checking process. Error checking: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffff9c8d19a96120, 0xffff84875528b850, 0xffff9c8d19a32010). The dump was saved to: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: b76069e6-5f3e-455a-bb49-46015e09fc16

Solution
12GB GDDR6
RAM: Patriot Signature Line Premium 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 CL22

i read the ram on your GPU and wondered how you had 12gb of ram... then i read next line down

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

PFN list corrupt. PFN = Page Frame Number
A block of RAM, typically 4KB in size, used for virtual memory. A page frame is a physical entity with its own page frame number (PFN), whereas a "page" is content that floats between memory page frames and storage (disk or SSD).
...
Driver Power State error. could be software associated with some hardware. Any extra USB devices?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

i will ask a friend to convert the dumps, he will reply later on.

The error is likely caused by a driver, just need to work out which one.

I asked about USB as the driver could be for any hardware, I was just wondering what you had. The dumps might answer that for me.

...
in usb i only have a mouse, keyboard, headphones and a game steering wheel and everything is connected to the motherboard
Have you installed updated chipset drivers? use only ones downloaded from the AMD support web site.

Have you ever updated the BIOS for your motherboard? Download it from the motherboard mfr's web site and follow their instructions. Also be sure to reset CMOS (follow instructions in your motherboard manual).

And last: after upgrading your motherboard, processor and RAM did you do a fresh install of Windows? If you did not it's highly recommended as these are the sorts of problems you experience. I'd suggest doing it all in this order:

Update BIOS first
Reset CMOS
Fresh install Windows
Install the updated AMD chipset drivers
Install updated GPU drivers

Now proceed with installing apps, games and other stuff. Steam games should be fairly easy (if you have a speedy internet connection) since it will download them for you.

Yes, I updated the BIOS.
I reinstalled windows 3x
yes I have an AMD chipset too
Reset CMOS
I did not reset the CMOS

the driver power state error is odd (I have seen these caused by GPU drivers recently)
error 3 is caused by GPU drivers. Stack text mentions DIrectX
try running DDU in safe mode and reinstall Nvidia drivers

If you use cable, update your realtek drivers
Download Win10 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) from under windows header here - https://www.realtek.com/en/componen...0-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

Hi, thank you. i did a DDU in windows safe mode and reinstalled nvidia drivers. I'll see if it helps then I'll let you know. thanks again for your help

Hello Colif

Reinstalling the video card drivers didn't help and I still get the BSoD.

The computer has been restarted from the error checking process. Error checking: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000000402, 0xffffe60414333b30, 0x0000000040716860, 0x0000000000000000). The dump was saved to: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: a4ca2cbe-0774-42c5-8736-cb143d0f0951

Are there any other ways to resolve the BSoD?
I have the latest BIOS F63b.
I also have AMD chipset drivers installed.

I get BSoDs PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, memory_management, and irql_not_less_or_equal

I don't know how to share more listing of more errors. I already shared the extract from the minidump and I don't know how to get more information.

I get BSoD randomly no matter what I do

The computer has been restarted from the error checking process. Error checking: 0x0000004e (0x0000000000000099, 0x00000000000a3d11, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0400000000121111). The dump was saved to: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report ID: f5b849fa-cbb2-43d4-b28b-f3740150dc05

another error that the event viewer shows me. An unrecoverable device driver error has occurred in the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip hardware that prevents the use of TPM services (such as data encryption). If you need further assistance, contact your computer manufacturer.

The system rebooted again without completely shutting down first. This error could be caused by the system becoming unresponsive or an unexpected power loss.

The dump file could not be created due to an error creating the dump.

The previous system shutdown (17:34:00, ‎14.‎07.‎2022) was unexpected.

again dump from minidump

I wondered if the ram memory was bad, but it is about 7 months old. Or if the source is not bad, the one is original and is about 5-6 years old

Solution
1363 errors is more than enough to replace that ram.

New ram should be enough.

if you have proof of purchase, and take a screenshot of that Memtest report, you should be able to RMA that ram to Patroit and they might replace the entire set.
