I'm in need of some desperate help as I've been getting the BSOD Error 0x0000001. Startup repair does not fix the problem and sfc/scannow and chkdsk
commands are no help either. Below are logs, appreciate if anyone can help. I think it maybe a driver issue, appreciate any help that can be given.

crash analyzer

The component that cause the system the system to fail provided a crash code that indicates the general reason for the failure

its a painful error

csrss.exe = CSRSS is mainly responsible for Win32 console handling and GUI shutdown. It is critical to system operation; therefore, terminating this process will result in system failure. - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Client/Server_Runtime_Subsystem

console - cmd.

knowing what it is doesn't really help me narrow causes.

does sfc find any errors it can't fix?

when is it happening? at boot or anytime?

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump...

  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/Loqaxr43/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

File information:052521-25796-01.dmp (May 25 2021 - 11:00:57)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)
Driver warnings:*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: csrss.exe)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 00 Min(s), and 20 Sec(s)

The nvlddmkm.sys file is a NVIDIA graphics card driver. There are a few things you can do to fix this problem. First off, try a full uninstall using DDU in Safe Mode then re-install the driver (more information). Or try getting the latest version of the driver. Or try one of the 3 most recent drivers released by NVIDIA. Drivers can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/ or you can allow Windows Update to download the driver for you, which might be a older/better version.

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.asus.com/SupportOnly/M2N/HelpDesk_Knowledge/
You are using BIOS version 0902.

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.
