hi i got random BSOD win 8.1

my full system info

CPUi7-6700k Motherboard Z170 MAXIMUS VIII HERO
RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 3200MHZSSDSAMSUNG SSD 850 EVO

If you don't use Avast, then: Clear the CMOS first, use only one stick RAM to see you can boot the PC or not. If yes, and check the RAM one by one with MemTest86 http://www.memtest86.com/download.htm if you can boot your PC.
