BSOD - Error Code and dmp file

Hello, I was playing Far Cry 3 for a few hours and suddenly i got this blue screen msg

I uploaded it to one of those sites that reads dmp files, but I don't exactly know what anything means, I know that itsa tcpip.sys driver issue or something and mbam has something to do with it.

Any suggestions? My memory is fine, i checked it with windows 7 memory checker thing.

mobo: M5A97 R2.0 latest bios
4GB amd 1600mzh memory (ae34g1609u1)
xfx R9 280 3GB
XFX TS 550W
adata sx900 128gb ssd + WD blue 1tb

Win 7 ultimate x64
I dont really want to reinstall all of windows but i can

install memtest86+ on thumb drive, boot with that and test

check HDD and SSD with manufacturer tools
wd life

prime95 (smallfft) + realtemp after 10minutes, which temperature?
furmark (burnin)after 10minutes, which temperature?

all drivers are installed? up to date driver from amd hompage
