Question BSOD error code INACCESSABLE BOOT DEVICE, But Sfc reports no corrupt files please help

I have been getting BSOD's either during boot, or shortly after boot once I login to windows. The error code is INACCESSABLE BOOT DRIVE. I have tried to re install windows, SFC, all of the automatic repair options that windows gives you, and still nothing will fix it. I have heard that this could be caused by a faulty sata cable, but my OS is installed on a Samsung 250 EVO M.2 SSD so that's not the problem. I have a feeling it might be a hardware problem but I'm no professional, so please let me know what I should do next.

UPDATE:
I took out my GPU just to trouble shoot and try to figure out the problem. Windows has been running smoothly with no Blue screens or crashed for about 30 minutes. I don't know what to do with this information but it looks like I'm gonna have to cough up $250 for another GPU
