Hello,

At the start of the new year, i began to experience Nvidia Driver errors where the driver would stop working, the screen would go black and the driver would work again. Some times it would never come back on and i was forced to turn off the computer. Slowly this problem has gotten worse and every now and again i get a artifacts appearing on the screen, very long computer hangs where sound would stutter, sometimes it would stop other times required a restart. I figured that it may be related to me installing new graphics card drivers, and so uninstalled them and went back to an older version. The problem still persisted and has gotten worse yet again. I find that when i completely remove my graphics drivers and let windows download the standard VGA drivers, my computer has no problems but at the same time i am limited in what i can do such as games / resolution (1280 / 1024) etc.

I reformatted my computer and figured this might help clear some of the crap I've accumulated over the years. Unfortunately it has gotten worse.

I have ran the driver verifier test and it caused a BSOD but the reason for this was different to previous errors i've had since reformatting, I have uploaded some of the results to a zip file on my dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com/s/30ohq0gmdejhr8g/Dump%20Files%2C%20Reports.zip?dl=0)

my specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Operating System (reformatted 25/02/15)
Intel core i5-2500k @ 3.30GHz
4gb Ram
Asus p8p67 Deluxe New P67 B3 Revision
MSI Geforce GTX 560ti
Antec Truepower 750

If anyone has any solutions to this problem I would be incredibly grateful!

Thank you in advance

*update

I've reinstalled my drivers via a windows update, when i get to the windows splash screen i get lots of white and red lines appear and then i lose signal, when it returns my colours are really distorted and my resolution is 640 * 480. Checking the device manager shows that my nvidia card has a yellow flag next to it stating that windows has stopped the driver because of an error code 43

Solution
just looked at your bugcheck, you have a bunch of issues with your machine.

You have a bad usb wirless ethernet driver loaded. It corrupts memory and causes various crashes.
I would fix that first.
to fix it, since it is a usb driver, you need to update your BIOS (done the best you can with your old board)
then install the cpu chipset driver update from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775

next you need to update any usb 3.0 chipset drivers from your motherboard vendor site:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8P67_DELUXE/HelpDesk_Download/

then you need to update the wireless USB ethernet adaptor driver
look here and see if you can figure out the version it is sold under various names...

Hello, thank you for the reply. I followed both the links and did the tests off the microsoft site, and looked up the codes to the errors i am getting on the other side. Unfortunately the error codes i have in my minidumps do not lead to anything more than a brief description of the error on the website. My memory and hardware tests came up fine
I have completed a sysnative BSOD test and have the necessary files available if anyone needs them.

I find when i install an Nvidia driver, whether it be old or the latest, it causes graphical errors at the windows loading screen which then results in the Device Manager telling me that my GTX 560ti drivers have been stopped because of an error code 43.

look here and see if you can figure out the version it is sold under various names:
http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=athurx.sys

now, since this is a usb device the setup does not set the new driver to be the default driver. This means after you update the driver you have to manually select the new driver or the old one will remain in effect corrupting windows data in memory. You can use windows device manager, find the device and select the correct version. Then confirm the driver date. Sometimes it is better to start cmd.exe as an admin, run the command:
pnputil.exe -e

this will list all of the oem.inf files for drivers on your machine, find the one with for the wireless ethernet adaptor and just remove the old version with the
pnputil.exe -d oemxxxx.inf (you have to get the correct oemxxx.inf from the first list)

the plug and play should find the new driver an install it for you.

update \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\Rt64win7.sys Wed Feb 16 01:03:57 2011
from: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
otherwise your nvidia gpu streaming drivers will hit various bugs and get bogged down. It does not crash but it will not work correctly. (or your can turn of nvidia streaming, but better to update the wired ethernet driver)

-you will want to remove C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Live Update\NTIOLib_X64.sys Tue Oct 19 23:45:49 2010
it is old and has bugs that will cause you pain later. (it is a overclocking driver)

Now, you can start to fix your other problems: mainly your windows build 7 rtm is too old to and must be updated to windows 7 sp1 +updates because the current video drivers you are using will cause various bugchecks in old windows code from that build. (fixed 5 years ago in the updates)

Thank you for taking the time to reply and give such an informed response! I will set about correcting all these errors and post back in here once I'm done and (hopefully) successful!
