For a while now, I have been getting a BSOD crash, and the error says IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL. One time it has crashed and said MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. The crash usually happens once a day, and it happens when I do small tasks, or when I am sometimes playing games. The crash tends to happen a lot if I attempt to open Google Chrome, and I have had occasions where it would crash when I launch certain games, or even when I am in game. I've only seen the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error once, with the main error being IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL.

Here are some dump pictures:

My Specs:
Case: Dell Precision T3500
Motherboard: Dell 09KPNV
Processor: Intel Xeon W3565
Graphics Card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 4GB G1 GAMING OC EDITION
PSU: Dell 525W
Monitor: HP ZR22w 1080p 60hz
Memory: Samsung 12GB DDR3 (3x4GB)
Storage: Intel SSD 120 GB, WD 1 TB HDD

I am also using a Belking wireless USB stick to connect to the internet.

Solution
Belkin probably use realtek chips in their hardware, almost everyone does.

WI1 chip1: Realtek RTL8188SU

Yep. So the next step is seeing if there are any win 10 drivers. LOoks like the drivers don't support Win 10 and though for a while Win 8 drivers were fine, if they aren't digitally signed to work with 10 they may not work as well anymore - http://www.belkin.com/au/support-article?articleNum=4715

You might need a new adapter that is marked to work with Win 10.

IRQ errors & Memory Management can be drivers or ram... normally drivers.

Can you follow option one here: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5560-bsod-minidump-configure-create-windows-10-a.html
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here

someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

I loooked through and saw it's on Kernel Memory Dumps, so I change it to small?

not often i can read top lines and see the cause - RTL8192su.sys = Realtek Wireless LAN 802.11bgn > RTL8192SU

it caused Chrome to crash. So what brand/model wireless card are you using? As Dlink and a few others use realtek, need to see if it has Win 10 drivers as I suspect it only has Win 7 drivers

Typically, the Realtek driver makes a call to allocate a memory descriptor list, the kernel allocates a MDL and a page fault occurs. Though it is not clear why and what instruction was executed that caused this error and can't investigate it now.

Sorry for the very late reply, but the wireless card is a wireless usb adapter. It is the N150 Wireless USB Adapter, Model F9L1001v1 by Belkin.

Also, this is what I found under my device manager. https://gyazo.com/72e148db47cdc6b94ae96446c4eda55d

I see then. Do you know any other wireless adapters that I can use that is fitted for Windows 10?

I have no idea actually about what models to choose. I would try to avoid adapters that say they work with XP as they are likely to be fairly old now and may not support Win 10 for long. I guess aim at one that only works with 8 & 10 as it should last longer.
