Honestly i'm not sure whats causing it but every time I play GTAV with my friends it will result in a BSOD and reset my computer. Ive tried to set up a minidump but even following the settings nothing gets created so im assuming that it crashes faster than it can make a dump.

Checking the event viewer the only thing I can find is that is consistent is:
SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for WORKGROUP\TELETRAAN-I$ via https://AMD-KeyId-578c545f796951421221a4a578acdb5f682f89c8.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep failed:

From talking with other people they said that this is a typical thing with Windows 11 but im running windows 10

what are specs of the PC?
event viewer isn't 1st place I look after a crash.
Have you changed page file settings? Thats one reason it doesn't make a dump.
Another chance is the problem is caused by C drive and it can't record a dump if drive it writes too is the problem.

Not sure where else to go to as the screen dosnt stay on the BSOD for me to even see what the error is about. Its the only other place I know where to look to see what happened.

Its a fresh installation after another crash that was caused by WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR so aside from the directions on how to set up the minidump that's all that's been changed.

As for specs they can be found here https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2WWTFg

WHEA = Windows Hardware Error Architecture
its an error called by CPU but not necessarily caused by one
can be caused by any hardware
can be caused by heat
can be caused by over clocking so remove any you may have

Updating BIOS can help, I don't know which one you have - https://www.gigabyte.com/au/Motherboard/B450-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios

update chipset drivers - https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450

Since it can be any hardware, we have to test it all:

Try running Magician on both Samsung drives, check diagnostics - https://semiconductor.samsung.com/consumer-storage/support/tools/
you could also use the nvme drivers on same page for one of your drives.

try running this on Western Digital drive - https://support.wdc.com/downloads.aspx?p=279

Only test for Ryzen CPU is:
Prime 95: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/prime95-download.html
Prime 95 how to Guide: http://www.playtool.com/pages/prime95/prime95.html
it checks CPU + ram (run it overnight as it can take a long time)

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it
this can also take a long time to run.
