Hey ppl, havin win2k pro probs...

I installed it + SP4 on my new sys (on a SATA drive) and installed the drivers on my mobo support CD, plus some utilities, and then my online soft. Prob was whenever I tried to get on the net I'd get a BSOD. Also, whenever I tried to shutdown/hibernate- BSOD.

So I reinstalled the whole thing all over, this time only installing the bare minimum of drivers/soft to get me online. Now so far with this install it hasn't crashed when I try to get on the net, but it still gives a BSOD when I try to shutdown. The error is as follows:

***STOP: 0x000000D1 (0x00000014, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xEB818DAB)
(sometimes it says this too right here) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

***Address EB818DAB base at EB818000, DateStamp 3d7903e1 - nv_agp.sys

Beginning dump of phyical memory.
Physical memory dump complete. Contact your sys admin or tech support group.

Does anyone have any idea what that means or what my prob might be? Thx in advance!
